The thread for the lid is printed separately in an attempt to reduce the appearance of the seam when closed (I realise now that I could have angled the interface and eliminated the need for an extra part, but oh well).

It prints very nicely at 0.16 mm, but the rotating knob also worked at 0.2 mm during testing.

Only the upper body should need any support, just for the hole for the port and potentially the underside, depending on how nice you want it to look inside.

To assemble:

 - Insert the knob in the top upper body hole.
 - Glue the port into the intersecting horizontal hole with the thickest part of the base facing down (like the letter u). Make sure to only use a small amount of glue to avoid glueing the knob in place.
 - Glue the thread ring into the upper body with the chamfer facing up.

Also included is a picture of the sticker in case you want to print it off and glue it on.
