Summary

NERF compatible blaster with two steel springs. Significantly more powerful than a standard NERF gun. Three picatinny compatible rails can be added to mount flash lights or LASERs.

All the holes for screws should be printed without support, especially the one for the pusher. Infill is 25% except for trigger (100%), pusher (100%) and nozzle (50%).</p><p>Only right parts are uploaded, labeled with "R", left parts can be simply mirrored.</p><p>Printing time about 15h. </p></div>

Post-Printing

Mounting

            <div><p>Back and front parts "NERF_Gun_Blaster_front_R", "NERF_Gun_Blaster_back_R" need to be glued together using "NERF_side_R". I used UHU HART Spezialkleber. The other parts are screwed together using 3 mm diameter screws of various length (1 cm - 2.5 cm). Two strong steel springs are used for the pusher with a length of 6.5 cm, inner diameter 1.2 cm, outer diameter 1.4 cm (I used Combitech 15.5 steel springs from Bauhaus). A 4x50 mm screw is used to pull the pusher back.</p><p>Tube and nozzle need some sanding (a few minutes each). "NERF_pusher" fits tightly into "NERF_pusher_end"  (some minor sanding needed). Use a hammer to push it in and screw it at the end (1 cm, 3mm diameter). </p><p>"NERF_pusher_end" needs to fit into the tube. Use either tape (e.g. Tesa) or a rubber O-ring to get it air tight. </p><p>Add another  rubber O-ring  to the nozzle (see picture). </p><p>One small spring is needed to connect the trigger with the grip (see picture). </p></div>
