Repair Maxwell MW-3510 fan

Replacing a broken stand in a desk fan Maxwell MW-3510.
Additionally, you will need an M3x20 screw with a nut.
Drill a hole along the cylinder with a drill bit or something else, since there is a 0.2mm thick partition next to the nut, I did this for better printing.
