Planes and vectors

I designed these objects to use when teaching multivariable calculus. The vector stems can be inserted into the vector tips to produce vectors of various sizes (the stems are 120, 160, and 200 mm). These can be used as teaching aids in the classroom.

I have also designed a flat surface that can be used as a plane. There is a small hole in the center into which a vector can be inserted to illustrate a normal vector.

Lastly, I designed a flat surface with a hinge on one side. When two of these are printed along with two pins, you have a teaching aid representing two intersecting planes. These planes also have holes to fit normal vectors.
