Remixed Pi B+ sleeve case with camera cable slot

The sleeve that Walter created is the most beautiful and best design I have seen for a Raspberry Pi B+ case. I use the Pi as my OctoPi server, and needed a slot for the camera, so I added one. I tried to stay true to the aesthetics of the original design, so it does not feel like a FrankenPi :-) Created in 123D Design, sliced in Simplify3D (yeah I know), and printed on a Printrbot Simple Metal.
