Incramental Indexing Rack millimeters version

This is the metric version of the original indexing rack.
the teeth are 1mm by default, I did not suceed to print less than 1 mm teeths
you need a 0.2mm nozzle, althought the original could print 16 tpi (which is 1.6mm) with a 0.4mm nozzle.
you also need to print in high quality settings.
