Summary

Print with the jackshaft side (D-shaped center) down onto the bed surface. Print the hand crank with the hex nut insert side on the bed.

This hand crank was designed to replace the vertical crank on the Craftsman 113 series table saw. It requires a 20mm M6 socket cap bolt, hex nut, washer, and M6 heat insert.

Post-Printing

Insert the nut into the end of the handle with the appropriate nut recess. Place the washer onto the M6 bolt and place the bolt head onto a hex driver. Use the hex driver to put the bolt into the handle opening and thread into the nut on the opposite side until the washer is tight against the handle face and the nut has been tightly recessed into its socket. Press the M6 heat insert into the bottom face using a soldering iron or vertical heat press. With all items prepared for installation, thread the M6 handle into the top face of the crank body opposite the heat press insert. With the crank assembled, press the bottom face of the crank onto the hub of the crank jackshaft. Utilize the OEM bolt to secure the crank to the jackshaft.
