Bumper Plug for Smart Car ForTwo

This is my first creation so please let me know how I did.

I created this for my son who just bought a purple painted smart car and all 3 of the bumper plugs were missing. I couldn't find one other than amazon but I thought it would be fun to just design my own. I'm sure that if you know anything about CAD or TinkerCad you can remove and put your own logo on the end.

I would recommend using 100% infill because it will need some strength. I would also recommend something stronger than PLA like PETG, which I haven't tried yet. If you can figure out how to do everything up to the actual cap at 100% then you can probably get away with less infill the rest of the cap. I am pretty sure that I got the thread pattern correct, working with a picture and measurements as well as breaking one off in the hole with too short of a pattern. If you make any modifications please let me know because I would like to see what everyone can do.

Whatever color you want and I recommend printing the badge not painting it as it will fade and flake off if you don't use a really good paint.

Remember that this is my first design so go easy on criticism. ;0)
