Skill saw Gasket for thin blade

This gasket is for situations where your blade runs and then slips because the bolt is already all the way in. Ihad a skill saw blade that was very thin and, even when tightened, would slip with the specific Diablo finishing blade. So, I needed a gasket. I made this from generic TPU 95, using a fast print setting of 0.3mm layer height and 10% infill. TPU is very strong and provides some squeeze flex. This worked perfectly for my needs.

I’ve shared the full Fusion 360 file if you want to thin it out or modify it. Make sure your bolt is tight after placing , if it cannot catch the thread for a few turns then the gasket is too thick.
