PW-5 (glider) Rudder Hinging Support

This is probably very obscure for most users, but it is so that you you can suspend a PW-5 (glider) rudder from it's axis to properly weigh it and determine the center of gravity per the factory service manual. I suggest using PTEG, as PLA seemed a little too weak.
