Summary

This print is a jig for accurately cutting a piece of wire, nitinol in our case, to an accurate length of 8.25cm, plus or minus a mm or so. Note that the 8.25mm lengths are intended to be applied to the leads of the Shottkey diode, on each side resulting in a total antenna length of 16.5cm.

Post-Printing

Groove cleaning

            <div><p>You will likely need to remove excess filament in the groove to improve cutting the wire with scissors.  An Exacto blade makes quick work of removing extraneous filament. </p></div>
