This is a fix and a remix of a case, the mesh have faces for camera holes.

There is a room for improvement, for example, the holes could be moved a few mm up.

Mesh could be optimized further, but was decent enough to print with Cura.

Feel free to modify further by adding engravings or any other props.

P.S. The hole for a pen need to be carved a bit bigger after print.
