Jump Drive and Terminal Velocity Insert
There are plenty of inserts for Jump Drive with the Terminal Velocity expansion out there, but they weren't what I was after so I made my own. It consists of 3 parts.
1) Card Tray: this holds the cards nearly vertically lying on their long edge. There are two slots. One for the main deck of cards, and one for all the other cards (Survey Team, reference cards, start worlds, goals and solo campaign cards. It's possible to modify the tray in future to add more cards if another expansion comes along. I also designed an alternative tray that holds the cards vertically, but in order to fit the cards this way, there is no base to this tray so if you tried to lift the tray out, the cards would fall out. I figure that some people may prefer it this way, but I have not tried this tray myself. Dimensions 130 x 94 x 63 mm.
2) Token Tray: this holds all the VP tokens, explore tokens and goal markers. You can simply pull out the tray and plonk it in the middle of the table and all the tokens are setup and ready to go. (None of the other Jump Drive inserts did this. At best, they had a tray just for the VP tokens.) Dimensions 130 x 88.6 x 33.6 mm.
3) Filler Tray: this is required because the box is really quite big and this helps hold the tokens in during transport. There are two options for the filler tray. One simply holds cards laid flat (I have put the solo campaign cards in the pictures just for demonstration purposes.) The other is just a plain bit bowl. If you want to save weight or filament, make your own filler tray out of cardboard or foam. Dimensions 130 x 88.6 x 29 mm.
To print the insert you need to print 3 files.
1) Card_Tray_1.3mf or Card_Tray_2.3mf
2) Token_Tray.3mf
3) Filler_Tray_1.3mf or Filler_Tray_2.3mf
I printed mine at 0.2 mm layer height and 10% infill. Use the lowest infill you are happy with in order to reduce weight.
