Tweaked Fidget Star

Redesigned from scratch. Inspired by the Fidget Star posted by mathgrrl. Designed to be easier to print succesfully on any printer as long as the extrusion rate is accurate.

Once printed remove the supports under the horizontal hinges to allow full motion.
