Etee Tracker Mount Adapter V2

This is an update to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6120373

Much more beefed up frame and can take slightly larger hits to the side of the tracker without slipping off.

Has a tab with a large hole in it. Can put a 1/4" screw cleanly through it, for mounting to 1/4" hardware.

Has a pass through slot for a USB-C cable to snake through. Needs to have slim shoulders to fit.

The Etee controllers still suck but at least the tracker works. Usually.
