If your art the clown head turning mechanism is not functioning, this gear is most likely the culprit. here is a replicated version of it you can print to bring your art the clown back to life!

Another possible issue is that the geared motor is broken inside (mine had this issue as well as the gear I designed being broken). So if yours still does not work after replacing the gear, this is most likely the issue.
