Bosch FSN OFA Guide Bushing (Part 2601035011)

The Bosch Professional FSN OFA is a really badly designed tool. Especially the inaccuracies in setting a distance (wiggle) and the inaccuracies with the rail guide (another wiggle) are marking this tool a piece of ****.

After using it a few times, it got even worse, so I decided to eliminate at least one problem, the guide bushing. The part number is 2601035011 and should cost about 10€.

In my design, the guide is clamped the whole length of the guide bushing and not just two points.

Feel free to change whatever you need to change.

I printed this design currently in PLA which works fine but for longer use, PC or POM would be much better.

Note: In the current design there is just the rail adapter for the Bosch FSN rails. If you use the Makita / Festool rails, you have to add another rail besides it or enlarge the current slot.
