It's a shark fin spinner. The rods are .19 inch diameter by 22 inches long. The pdf file can be used as a template to cut a lightweight shark fin out of foam or cardboard. Glue it to the shark fin glue base. Assemble and enjoy. You're on your own for the motor and stand.
