[PythonSCAD] Fiskars scissor joint replacement

• Improved fillets for strength.

Note:

• This is NOT useful for others as-is, because it requires drilling through the scissors with a 6mm diameter drill bit first.
• You could adjust the pythonscad file (you need to grab the program from pythonscad.org, which is a fork of openscad that supports python) and adjust the outer diameter variable to fit the size hole you are drilling.

What this is

The intersection joint broke on my orange fiskar scissors.

This is a 3d printed replacement piece.

Dimensions

The screw that came with the scissors is 3mm diameter (including thread width).

The 3d printed piece is a tube of 2.70mm inner diameter, 6mm outer diameter, 10.5mm long with a end cap of 1mm thick 9.5mm diameter.

The screw would thread into the 3d printed piece.
