Q-Ball Laser Cut Quarter Inch plywood

I found this Qball years ago and then promptly lost it. When I found it today, I needed to make it! The one I found had no instructions, so after struggling for a while, I both remixed the file to be cut out of quarter inch plywood and made the holes more friendly (the rubber bands fell out of the original too easily.
I wrote out instructions as well, and did some primitive drawings so hopefully people can follow along and make one. Patience is key, and finding the pattern and repeating it is the trick!
