Accurate bottom paint line scribe

This is a tool to scribe a pencil line along the hull at the correct scale height from the keel. It was referenced from a forum post about the bottom paint height on the Jeremiah O'Brien.

Just put a pencil through the hole and the point should be at the correct height.
