Thaad HEMTT truck

Remix of Thaad on Hemtt truck, but everything is broken down and scaled up 390% from the original. It's still a work in process, so I will be adding things like a missile to actually go in the launcher,a nd things like that.

Note: If you're not going to print the tire in TPU, don't print the tire and wheel separate. It only fits around the wheel if it's stretchy.
