MyFocuserPro2 Lid-DRV8825HW203-M-MT-F-BT-PB-OLED-Rev01 with enhanced OLED mount

This is a remix of Robert Brown's MyFocuserPro2 Lid-DRV8825HW203-M-MT-F-BT-PB-OLED-Rev01 with an enhanced OLED mount merged from a 0.96" 128x64 OLED Snapfit case. This provides a much tighter and securer mount for the OLED.
