Summary

The stock router plate in my Husky workbench did not have any holes that lined up with my Bosch Colt router, so I decided to make my own. I had to print in 2 pieces because it is too large for my print bed. Silk PLA is all I had on hand and the top layers did not print well for me and is why the pictures of the top look bad. ABS might be a better choice, but the PLA really feels solid for this application.

How I Designed This

This is my first attempt at designing my own 3D printed part. I used FreeCAD for the design. I measured the best I could with a caliper and printed a prototype. A few adjustments later, I have a very good working plate.
