Adjustable angle jig for table saw sled
I needed to make cuts on my table saw but at uncommon angles (51° and 39°) . The miter gauge that came with the saw is too flexible. So I made this jig. As the photo shows, I use a digital angle gauge to set the desired angle, then clamp the jig to the saw sled. It worked well.
The protractor part of the jig has a slot that holds a 10-32 nut that’s 11/32” wide (flat to flat).
Supports are necessary.
