Assistive Key Turner - Adapted for Angled Key (Schlage style)

I liked the original design, my mother-in-law had bought a similar piece yet it did not work for her specific key type and the bolt and nut was not holding tight for her. So I adapted this design for thing angled key type (Schlage style). I also added a slide cover closure and an inner nub to hold the key. some super glue will keep the slide cover closed. potential future features would be for a clip closure mechanism at the rear end of the slider as it meets the body of the device.
