Customize Corner radius camfer jig template KIT

The customizer allows to create jig versions for various types of curved or round corners: rounded outward, rounded inward, elliptical or chamfered corner routings.

The jig consists of 2 parts:

• Base
• Replaceable templates with 4 radius/chamfers at the corners

For the template, you need to specify 2 sets of dimensions (for 4 corners)
Radius_Or_Chamfer and Second_Radius_Or_Chamfer

If different this values - created Elliptical Arc / Beveled Chamfer

STL models are given as an example. The template size is 50 mm.

I recommend having 2 bases:

• Small - for templates about 70 mm in size. Used for radius/chamfers up to 35 mm
• Large - for templates about 190 mm in size (Depending on the capabilities of your 3D printer). Used for radius/chamfers up to 95 mm

For these bases, you can have sets of templates you need.

This things can be made manually from plastic, plywood, etc.
To do this, select Print_Type = 2D draw in the settings.
Then export to PDF file. Print the drawing at 100% scale, stick it on the workpiece and cut out the things.

To use laser cutting/engraving, export 2D draw to the CAD file (DWG, SWG, OBJ etc.)
