18650 reducer for 3C cell flashlight

This is for a 3 cell C size flashlight, it will reduce the tube to fit 18650 cells. I use it with a single 18650 to keep the voltage in range and then use the additional spacer file included to fill the rest of the tube. Just add a piece of rolled up tin foil for a pass through conductor down the center of the small hole.
