Sanding disc holder dual walls fast and dual walls with curved bottoms fast

So I got home and got a bee in my bonnet and decided to cut the time on this even more, by making it uni-formally dual wall. Dual wall for my 1.0mm printer setup that is so all walls 2.0mm. This should be a strong print and brought the time down to 9 hours even with petg and 7.42 on pla. Then for fun I thought it would be kinda cool to make a curved base in each slot to "support" the discs. But that version adds 45 minutes in petg so dunno that I will print it could maybe refine it more to not take a lot more time but eh already spent to much time as is heh. But I will submit it just in case someone wants to try it. Should print the pla 7+ hour print tonight hopefully, have to do a temp tower first though to figure out this no name pla I found in my stash :)

Edit: a few walls were off so were still doing infill, I didn't glue my bed enough so I had corners pulling up and noticed it so stopped it and fixed that and now the time is just over 5 hours so still may have pics this morning before work :) I updated both models. Oh also decided to let orca decide on a brim or not, apparently that can also stop curling corners so ya...

Update: print is pretty good the hanging tabs are weak though think I will just delete them and add holes or slots to the main back area. Also if you need strong I would go Petg or maybe alternatively every other layer an extra wall. For my purposes this is fine but I don't plan to be banging it around a lot.

Update: I edited the regular adding the slotted holes in the back getting rid of the hanging tabs, I also streteched the whole print 2mm front to back so my diablo sanding discs fit better, I did this on both versions.

Added an updated curved version with the above fixes and cutouts under the curves to cut 45 minutes or so from the print time. I actually really like this one I didn't think it would be worth the extra material and time but I dunno its grown on me. Still not a perfect print but pretty good.

Update: 1/1 got rid of the tunnels under the curves causes some issues because of the curve you can try it but you may get bad stringing/failing print recommend just doing without and doing a low infill like Gyroid 10-15%

Had a comment mentioning the model was slightly undersized, which I should have noticed since I resized the original larger. But anyhow I resized again so the newest file should be good with just over 5" of clearance for discs to account for different brands etc.
