Update 2024-12-08:

  • fix some bugs
  • add text labels
  • add top/bottom chamfer

You can create two types of templates:

  • 4 different jig in corners;
  • 1 template for radius over 40 mm (outward and inward)

The following jig type can be set in each corner:

  • Rounded corner;
  • Chamfered corner;
  • Rounding inward corner
  • Rounded Elliptical corner;
  • Chamfered Beveled corner;
  • Rounding inward Elliptical corner

For the default parameters, fastening the stoppers with screws with an enlarged M3 head 8-12 mm long. For threading, I recommend using a hex head screw - as shown in the photo

This things can be made manually from plastic, plywood, etc.
To do this, select Print_Type = 2D draw in the settings.
Then export to PDF file. Print the drawing at 100% scale, stick it on the workpiece and cut out the things.

To use laser cutting/engraving, export 2D draw to the CAD file (DWG, SWG, OBJ etc.)
