Customize Corner radius camfer jig with removable stoppers KIT
Note:
Ignore the print defects visible in the photo. For test printing I use old low-quality plastic scraps.
STL models are given as an example.

You can create two types of templates:
- 4 different jig in corners;
- 1 template for radius over 40 mm (outward and inward)
The following jig type can be set in each corner:
- Rounded corner;
- Chamfered corner;
- Rounding inward corner
- Rounded Elliptical corner;
- Chamfered Beveled corner;
- Rounding inward Elliptical corner
For the default parameters, fastening the stoppers with screws with an enlarged M3 head 8-12 mm long. For threading, I recommend using a hex head screw - as shown in the photo
This things can be made manually from plastic, plywood, etc.
To do this, select Print_Type = 2D draw in the settings.
Then export to PDF file. Print the drawing at 100% scale, stick it on the workpiece and cut out the things.
To use laser cutting/engraving, export 2D draw to the CAD file (DWG, SWG, OBJ etc.)
