Ribbon folding tool

Small jing that folds a 25mm or 1 inch wide ripstop nylon ribbon inward into 1/4th the width. Mainly designed for use with typical kite fabrics like lightweight spinnaker nylon, Mirai or Chikara.

Print upright so that the inside tubes don't sag while cooling down. Tolerances are pretty tight, so i hope this works on your printer with your ribbon.

To start using, cut the end of your ribbon into a long narrow strip: longer than the jig, and less than 1/4th of the total width. Push the strip into the device untill it comes out the narrow side. Then use the strip to pull the rest of the ribbon into the device, and center it manually. Then just pull to get folded ribbon.
