Ford Ranger Blend Door repair (hole patch)

Anyone who has an older Ford Ranger most likely has come across a broken blend door.. in order to fix it the quick and easy way (and I use that term very loosely), you'll need to cut a large hole in the bottom of your air box to access it.
The common technique for patching this giant hole is to slap the cutout back in and tape the hell out of it with some aluminum tape. (see pic...janky)

This is where this patch comes in- as you'll see, just print this bad boy off, it's already at the exact size it needs to be. Roughly 3mm thick. Glue it in place with flex seal or something similar. I used a landscaping spike designed by sclem to prop it in place while the glue dries.

PS- please disregard the extraneous stuff that makes it square. that shouldn't print. i'm not a designer.
