Gridfinity Trays for 150mm long Wiha Nut Drivers

These are gridfinity trays for Wiha nut drivers, specifically:

• Wiha 70486 Color Coded Magnetic Nut Setter SAE 6 Pc. Set
• Wiha 70487 6 Piece Color Coded Magnetic Nut Setter Metric Set

These trays will stack.

I printed these on my Bambu Carbon X1 using Bambu PLA. I am including the Fusion 360 file. The model is heavily parameterized. You can increase the Tolerance parameter if the fit is too tight. All of the key parameters are used in the sketch called layout which drives the rest of the model. I used the gridfinity plug in for Fusion 360 to generate the basic box.

I printed these without supports, 0.4 Nozzle, 0.2 mm layers, 2 wall loops, 15% infill. I don't think the print settings are too critical other than not using supports. I prefer to print from STEP files rather than STLs since STEP files handle curves better.
