drill wick holder 1 to 13 +-0.25

+- 0.25 steps drill wick holder
Each hole has 0.5 mm offset to ease insert.
Tested on Ultimaker 2+ at 10% infill works good, 20% works better. I've used retract also
Printing in yellow and highlight numbers with black marker rocks!
Actually it goes from 0.25 to 13.75
use drill_dci version (drill_amp version is just the same with a birthday decoration for my friend AMP)
