Imperial ID Badge V3

This remix adds a small tab that allows ID cards without holes to be used. Some places issue both an ID badge and an RFID card, and this modification addresses the issue I encountered when cutting a hole in my ID badge to make it work. I maintained the original design theme, ensuring the corners remain rounded.
