Bosch GKF 18v-8 router table insert

Router table insert for Bosch GKF 18v-8 router with templates for cutouts.

NOTE: The router won't fit while the thumb-screw is attached to the device. I made it a bit too small for that, but didn't realize until I was finished cutting it all.

Step-by-step

1. Attach the inner template to the piece of wood by the four screws.
2. Trace the inside of the template with a pen, remove the template and use a jigsaw to cut it close to the lines, but leave a small edge that you will trim with the router in the next step. (You could probably just use the router directly, but I didn't do it that way).
3. Mount the inner template again and use the router to follow the template to trim it.
4. Add the outer template and secure it with either some dual sided tape or a couple of screws.
5. Remove the inner template and adjust the depth of the router so it will trim the same depth as the "GKF-18-v8-router_table_insert.stl" and trim by following the outer template.
