Table Saw zero-clearance insert for Shop Fox W1837
Prints in two pieces plus a small "hook" for securing the front of the insert which is simply glued on. In addition, you will need a small 1mm thick washer which is glued in and held down by the magnet in the saw. The two main pieces have a half-lap joint that is glued the same way. I used CA glue for all of the parts.
Also notice that the zero-clearance is only for the front half of the blade (downward moving). I provided additional clearance for the riving knife and upward moving half of the blade. My reasoning is that the only place the blade will cause tear-out is on the leading half of the blade.
You can download the .stl file or the Bambu Studio file (.3mf) or the Fusion file (.f3d). I'm a newbie in the 3D space, so my designs are probably not optimized. Feel free to improve on them. This may also fit the Grizzly G0962, but I have not tested it.
