Kobalt 40V Battery Holder

I needed a way to manage and store my 40V Kobalt batteries. Print shown was completed in PETG. This held up fine in an unconditioned garage during a Georgia summer. I have these spaced 19mm/.75" apart. This allows plenty of room to pull out the battery. The included spacer helps with consistent spacing during install. The tab at the bottom covers the charging ports. Since I only have one 40V charger I printed two in red, that is where I store my batteries that need to be charged. I designed this for an easy loose fit, while still allowing the rails to hold the battery securely. I designed this with four screw holes but I tried a few with only two screws and they are holding up fine. I placed holes to reduce the plastic as much as I could. The models shown were completed with a 15% Grid infill. I did use supports for the rails on the side.
