Hot Wheels Track Booster Reinforced

I improved the track base so the rails won't break off so easily, added some structural support to the motor housing/booster hat to hold the motors better, and improved the junction to the base. I also included some motor press guides I made after I damaged one of my motors. I resized the wheels and added a groove to fit some rubber tires I had from a makerbot kit and included that wheel as well.
