A cap for oil pumping into the differential W203

Print options:

0.2 mm layer height with supports, printed in PETG

Instructions:

1/ Use two aquarium hoses: connect one to the bottom of the oil bottle and the other to the differential filler.
2/ Attach an air compressor to the oil bottle to pump oil into the differential.
You can transfer the cap seal from the original cap (in which case, you’ll need to make two holes) to minimize air leakage from the bottle. It fits perfectly on original Mercedes oil bottle, but I’ve tested other brands as well, and they all use the same thread, so don’t hesitate to give it a try.

Filling the differential with fresh oil is now a quick and easy task! :)
