my martian (war of the worlds)

this model is a martian based on the novel war of the worlds and most of its film adaption, but i have been trying to rig this thing so that i can pose it in several different ways, including the tentacles. yet i failed to do so, now im stuck with this, which is why i beg for someone to help finish and rig this model for me to pose.
