Spirit Island Insert - in two boxes
I wanted to create a good solution to store Spirit Island in 2 boxes with a simple and fast setup.
This insert will store everything inside the Base Box and Jagged Earth box.
(Everything means: Spirit Island base game, Branch & Claw, Jagged Earth, and Nature Incarnate - with all of the premium wooden tokens.)
(There is one caveat: I don't have the thick spirit boards from Horizons, and those wouldn't fit here. I also didn't put any other components from that in this as I believe there are many duplicates.)
I used my standard settings to print everything (Elegoo PLA, Elegoo Neptune 4 Max).
The trays have mostly 1.5mm thick walls and bottoms. Token trays have fillets so things can be taken out more easily.
You will need to print:
BOX 1:
- 3 pieces of "box_1_card_tray"
- X pieces of "box_1_card_divider" --> You can choose how you want to store your cards and print and place dividers accordingly. I don't sleeve cards, but they should still fit that way hopefully.
- 4 pieces of "box_1_special_tokens" --> these hold the Beast, Disease, Strife, Wilds, Badlands, Quake, Deeps and Vitality tokens
// All the spirit boards are here in Box 1
BOX2:
- 1 of "box_2_scenario_tray" --> this goes at the bottom and holds all kinds of things (see pictures)
- 1 of "box_2_islands_tray" --> I made this to basically make the weirdly-shaped islands into an orderly square shape
- 1 of "box_2_blight_and_markers" --> holds Blight, Scenario and Number tokens
- 1 of "box_2_elements" --> holds the Element reminder tokens
- 2 of "box_2_energy" --> holds the Energy tokens
- 2 of "box_2_invaders_and_dahan" --> holds the Invader figures and the Dahan; the other holds the Fear and Incarna tokens
- 1 of "box_2_towns_and_cities" --> holds the Towns and Cities
- 1 of "box_2_players" --> holds the Player components (I decided not to make 6 separate trays as I find it is simpler like this)
// All the rulebooks sit on top in Box 2
I added some pictures to help with the orientation of trays inside the box.
Have fun printing.
