Clamp pad
I use my clamps quiet a bit, especially the shorter ones. One of them is missing its pads and it pisses me off every time I see it. Took a couple of adjustments but found the sweet spot. I squoze the clamp to max force multiple times and it didn't seem to faze it at all.
I printed this using TINMORRY TPU. I like the filament pretty well and it's cheap so bonus. I printed a cool bellows cover for a lead screw out of it too. It compresses and flexes just like you'd think. I'll be uploading it at some time in the future.
The surfaces are kind of slick but not as slick as the clamp's base plastic (see the pic). I might sand it a bit. It'll be ugly but might grip better. If you know of a chemical treatment to make it more grippy please post a comment, I'll probably try it!
I have no idea what other clamps you might be able to use this for so I cut it all apart and added as Clamp_Pad_Parts.stl. You can just scale the parts as needed and stack them back up for yourself!
Uploaded STEP files too and since I had done a bunch of testing and playing around with crap I just uploaded the f3d Fusion file too so you can do whatever you want with it.
