    WEN Generator adapter for GENMAX 12v pump- extended run time

    Designed this to put the GENMAX 12v refill pump on my WEN 2500-WATT Generator. Fusion does not have correct thread pitch so to correct this when modeling. Rescale the Z axis ONLY to 81.82%, X&Y 100%. Does Require an Oring for bottom seal. After scaling, lay on the odd flat face on its side. (have tried printing vertical and vibrations will break over time, PLUS its WAY easier to remove supports printed on its side with tree)

    O-Ring Specs TOP: OD 1-7/8" ID 1.5" (ONLY used on double Oring setup) first design didnt have any issues sealing on top, just added to final with collar)
    O-Ring Specs Bottom: OD 2" ID 1-5/8

    Keep in mind this is in contact with GAS and many filaments are not compatible with GASOLINE! I have printed this is ABS as temp, have ASA on the way to reprint for a long term use.

    *My original design printed vertical didn't last with vibrations. Now printed on its side and redid a little in o-ring pocket. New std simple design has been working for generator running 48hours now, non stop.

    Edited- Added a newer design to print on side so support is WAY easier to remove. Make sure to shrink the x or y axis the 81.82% for the over all height of adapter to make it come out 56x4.5 TPI vs the 56x5.5 its designed as. One knurl is flattened out so it lays easier.

    • Added - OVERKILL idea, a support collar that shoves onto bottom of GENMAX to support should fit TIGHT on adapter and snug but able to spin on the GENMAX. To be printed in 2 pieces and then assembled.

    • Added a 1 piece all in 1 design collared to take vibrations better, generator has been running for 3 days now on updated simple design and its an hour away. Will updated when test fit.

    Orings come in HF standard size red boxed o ring kit (nitrile). Can use those or order viton ones off amazon.

    Last design worked flawlessly. Generator at ~1/2 load would run for 8hrs on its own tank. With tank full and a 5 gallon gas can, this setup gets you 48hrs of run time!!!!!
