Nebula Camera Mount for Ikea Platsa with 9,5mm hole

Nebula Camera Mount for Ikea Platsa from capt_awesome42. But added a hole to be used with Nebula Camera Screw from Fonzy from the orange version of this site.

Also thinned down the wall thickness for screw the screwing surface from 5mm to 2mm.
