BOSCH Charging Adaptor for [ 2 607 336 24x ] Li-ion Battery Solution

Adaptor that allows easy, safe, quick interface to the Li-ion batteries used in the BOSCH GSR ProDrive Professional ScrewDriver. As these batteries contain an 18650, this adaptor in conjunction with a Battery Adaptor allow a standard 18650 charging unit to recharge the Bosch batteries.

As the original AL-1115-CV Charger is difficult to locate, and more modern variants no longer seem to support the 3.6v option, this adaptor allows the ProDrive ScrewDriver batteries to be recharged safely again.

I used a countersunk M4 SS as the negative terminal and a domed M4 SS bolt for the positive terminal.
The 1/4" Spade terminals which slide tightly up inside the main housing provide the electrical connection to the Bosch battery when inserted.

18ga Silicone Wire was used to connect the spade terminals to the eye terminals at the Dummy Battery End.
The Spade terminal was superglued in place and the thin round baseplate was also superglued once functions were checked.
