Parametric Vise Stop

Parametric Vise Stop.

Following rod sizes have been used:

• diameter 11.5mm (lengths: 200.0 mm, 120.0 mm, 80.0 mm)
• diameter 4 mm (length: 80.0 mm)

Required 3D printed parts:

• ViceStop3_BackPlate.stl (1x)
• ViceStop3_Coupler.stl (1x)
• ViceStop3_Coupler_Inversed.stl (1x)
• ViceStop3_Coupler_ThinRod.stl (1x)
• ViceStop3_KnurlScrew.stl (6x)

Required other parts:

• hex head screw M5x30 (6x)
• hex socket cap screw M5x16 (3x)
• hex socket cap screw M6x35 (2x), to connect the back plate to the Vise
• heat insert knurl nuts M5xL5xOD7 (9x)

Since the model is parametric, other sizes of parts can easily be generated to fit a different vise.

• distScrewHoles = 66.0; //(distance between the M6 screw holes at the back of the vise)
• rRod = 11.5;
• rThinRod = 4.0/2;
