STORAGE BOX for Teenage Engineering Field Devices (TP-7, TX-6, CM-15)
As an owner of those 3 little field recording devices from Teenage Engineering (TP-7, TX-6, CM-15) I wanted to get them a storage box to keep the fragile devices safe and altogether in one item.
Therefore I used this wonderful parametric box made by user yanew. Thanks to his Fusion-F3D files I got them just the right size to fit everything inside.
Moreover I designed an interior inlay for the box consisting of two separate objects. These inlays have the exact imprint of the 3 different devices + 2 jack-adapters + a small compartment for USB-cable and cable-bound earpods.
The inlays just fit snugly into the storage box - they can, but don't have to get glued in. In my case the inlays stick to the box tight enough, that no gluing was necessary.
Just print the different parts of this project as there are:
-box main part
-box lid
-2x latches
-Inlay (lower part)
-Inlay (upper part)
DON'T print the models of the TE devices - I just put them in the files if somebody wants to design his/her own storage solution for the TE field devices:
Here you go - use the 3D-models of the devices as you please.
