Wheelpuller for stuck Blickensderfer typewheel

Add brass M4 nut and loing screw. Brass will not damage the pint of the shaft on the machine!
Add steel 2mm pins in bottom bar for stiffness.

Place over typewheel on machine as shown.
Slide the springclip of the wheel round to unlock.
Apply pressure by tightening the screw.
Take care that any bending of the bottom bar does not touch the wheel!

If pull is not enough, the wheelpuller is useful when the shaft with stuck wheel is taken out of the machine for hammering loose. Apply tension on the tool and apply hammertaps to the screw with the whole supported on a vise. The shape of the lower bar will route the force to the metal core of the wheel and not the fragile vulcanite of the wheel.
