Laser Gridfinity

A variety of pre-made laser gridfinity bases and boxes produced by https://boxes.hackerspace-bamberg.de/. In general, these are designed to be but from 3mm basswood 12"x12" sheets.

I use a Snapmaker 2.0 with a 10W laser and Lightburn to cut the boxes with the following settings:

Cutting : 250mm/min , 100% power
Engraving 1200 mm/min, 50% power
